Subscribing to a series

Series 2 is open for subscription. This page covers the mechanics of subscribing, cancelling and being paid.

What you need

A Stellar wallet. Freighter is the usual choice. The account needs a trustline to the settlement asset, EURC, before it can receive payment.

Subscribe

Go to autoabs.cara7.com/tranches/4, which is Class A of Series 2.

Connect the wallet with the button in the header. The panel on the right shows how much of the class has been subscribed so far, and a field for your amount.

Amounts are multiples of 100 EURC, because one note is 100 EURC and notes cannot be split. Enter an amount, confirm and sign. Your subscription appears as pending: the funds have left your account and are held in escrow by the issuer.

The Cancel tab refunds you in full. That remains true until closing.

Closing

Closing settles once every class is fully subscribed. In one operation the proceeds leave escrow, the cash reserve is funded and your notes are issued to your account.

From that point there is no cancellation. You hold a note, and it is repaid through the priority of payments.

Being paid

On each payment date the platform computes your class's interest and principal and settles them to your account. You do not claim and you do not sign. The payment arrives.

If a payment cannot be delivered, for example because the trustline was removed, the amount remains recorded as owed to you and a collect button appears on the class page.

Following Series 1

Series 1 has closed and made three payment dates. The dashboard shows each one with the collections, the distributable amount, the interest paid with the class breakdown and the principal repaid, each linked to its settlement. The Class A note factor stands at 70.5477%.

The transaction map shows the same flow as a diagram, from subscription into escrow to payment reaching a holder.
